BTC - experimental setup

Ah, this is a hydrogeochemical lab setup that we fabricated at Cairo University for one thousand dollars (its price in the USA is 5 thousand dollars, but for sure the USA one is more advanced, however the results are equally the same.)

One of my M. Sc. female students has worked on it, years ago, to get the physicochemical parameters needed for three sediments.

The estimation of the invloved parameters is experimental (it cannot be obtained otherwise.)

The magnitude of the involved parameters is widely different according to the type of the sediment.

When the parameters are known, a further step may be developed in order to estimate rates of solutes' (=salts and contaminants) transport with water that is flowing into and out from such sediments.

I love that setup.

That Egyptian woman is, for the time being, in Australia (Sydney) for her doctorate degree, she is there with her husband and their two very young babies

وإن كان أعجابى بالأدب العربى لا حدود له فإن كراهيتى للغباء وللجبن العربى وللنذالة العربية لا حدود لها كذلك. وإللى مش عاجبه يشرب م البحر. وأنا أقول الحق فليس فى العمر متسع للكذب ولا وقت عندى للمناقشات العقيمة مع عالم عقيمة

وبعدين (كلورادو) ده نهر فى جنوب غرب (أم ريكا) - (معلهش القافية تحكم أمريكا - بس بلاش الخلق دى تحكم مصر) - والكلمة الإسبانية (كولورادو) معناها هو --> (اللون الأحمر) [(كولور) = لون + (رادو) = أحمر]... نظرا ً للطمى الأحمر العالق فى مياه هذا النهر - كما كان لون مياه النيل فى مصر زمان أيام الفيضان - زمان أوى أوى... يجى من مليون سنة كده... بس أنا شفته وأنا صغير

بس خلاص كفاية كده سلخ فى هذا المخلوق الأنوى الأزرق المزدهل المخطط على عسلى
